Francesca Lobb

Inspired by Victorian Chatelaines, an item worn to reflect status and control, which held useful everyday items such as keys, scissors, thimbles and watches. Each item on my modern day chatelaine has an element of movement allowing the wearer to play and explore the piece. Through chains and hooks each element can be interchanged or worn separately highlighting the importance of the users choice within my work.
